The National Library of France - Dominique Perrault Architecture

Whilst on assignment in Paris last week, we frequently passed the National Library of France that dominated the otherwise six story skyline of the 13th arrondissement. With striking symmetry and a cavernous expanse of subterranean forrest, this structure was a must shoot for us. It's visual appeal is enhanced by it's public friendly approach to encourage passers by to enjoy it's wooden deck at all times of day, whether that's a morning run or a lunch time picnic.
